• Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and changes in relevant laws

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (in good standing)
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Tennessee Bar
