  • Prepare for and attend depositions, collecting essential information for case development.
  • Manage discovery processes, including preparing and responding to discovery requests.
  • Attend court hearings, representing clients and presenting legal arguments.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring engagement throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Florida Bar license required.
