Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Job Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate in Denver. Location:

• Denver, CO

Duties:

• Research and draft legal briefs and motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine.

• Take and defend depositions, including second-chair responsibilities.

• Manage and oversee discovery in complex commercial litigation cases.

• Prepare cases for trial and participate in evidentiary hearings.

• Coordinate and supervise e-discovery projects.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of litigation experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience with state and federal courts.

• Proven ability to work in a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Colorado Bar License.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage complex litigation matters.

• Experience with e-discovery management.
