Capital Markets Associate Attorney

A law firm in Newport Beach is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney experienced in securities, capital markets, corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A, and private equity/venture capital financing matters. The ideal candidate should possess 4-7 years of experience in these areas.

Job Duties:

• Handle a range of capital markets and corporate finance transactions.
• Provide counsel on SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance.
• Participate in corporate governance matters and M&A transactions.
• Assist in private equity and venture capital financing matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advise clients.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of legal experience in securities, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• Solid understanding of SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance.
• Expertise in corporate governance, M&A, and private equity/venture capital financing matters.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.
