Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the State of California.
  • Knowledge of the litigation process, from suit filing to judgment enforcement.
  • Creditor’s rights law experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be located in California and able to work on-site in the office.
