Duties:

• Manage and oversee a caseload, focusing primarily on medical malpractice defense
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other necessary documents
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients, maintaining strong client relationships
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of case management and legal documentation

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in handling depositions and court hearings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take on significant responsibility
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
