Duties

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial
• Conduct depositions of parties and expert witnesses
• Manage written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories and requests for production
• Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to clients
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
• Prioritize case management, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple competing tasks effectively
• Perform legal research, writing, and analysis to support case preparation
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s reputation and presence in the legal community

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Proven track record of handling complex litigation cases
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage a busy workload
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California
