The ideal candidate will be an independent, detail-oriented attorney capable of managing a caseload while providing excellent client service.

Duties:

• Perform in-depth legal research and case analysis to develop informed legal strategies.
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and various legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage and progress a diverse caseload while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with clients and internal legal teams to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases independently.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to bill hours and meet expectations for productivity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
