Job Overview: A prestigious law firm in Houston, TX is seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3 years of commercial real estate transactions experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional to join a dynamic practice and work on a wide range of real estate transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing across various asset classes. Familiarity with data centers and energy project development is a plus.

Duties:

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Advise clients on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Manage client relationships, providing strategic guidance and counsel on real estate deals.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate projects.
  • Conduct due diligence, title reviews, and other tasks associated with real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Broad-based experience in real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
  • Experience in data centers and energy project development is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of real estate legal frameworks and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Stellar academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas (or eligibility to become licensed).

Skills:
