A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. Duties

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to assess various legal issues and cases.
  • Draft key legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Assist with case management, preparing litigation cases, and developing strategies.
  • Review and analyze documents, evidence, and legal filings to build cases.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other necessary legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys to craft case strategies and arguments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Represent clients in trials, ensuring robust legal representation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state.
  • Experience or strong interest in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.
  • Proven litigation experience; trial experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and client-centered attitude.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
  • Nevada State Bar admission is preferred but not required.

Skills
