Duties:

  • Conduct depositions and attend court conferences on behalf of clients.

  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
  • Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide high-level client service with proactive communication and strategic advice.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in insurance defense and/or tort litigation.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive in managing responsibilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar is required.
