A law firm in Glendale, CA, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and expertise in various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Stay current on changes in the law and legal trends affecting litigation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• Experience conducting legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Legal administrative experience is a plus.

Education:
