Duties:

• Handle complex commercial and/or employment litigation cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda
• Draft, review, and file various motions and legal documents
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals
• Collaborate with teams across different office locations and provide mentorship when required
• Address client needs effectively and provide strategic advice
• Maintain high standards of legal ethics and client service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex commercial and/or employment litigation
• Proven courtroom and trial experience
• Experience in copyright and/or trademark litigation is an advantage
• Currently admitted to practice in Washington State with an active Bar license in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong academic background preferred
• Judicial clerkship or law review experience is a plus

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Washington
