A law firm in Naperville, Illinois, is seeking a Default/Foreclosure Services Associate Attorney with extensive experience in default services. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing foreclosure and eviction matters, have exceptional legal research and drafting skills, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. The role involves significant interaction with court proceedings and requires strong oral and written communication skills.

Duties:

• Review and sign legal documents and pleadings related to foreclosure and default services.
• Draft, execute, and file documents, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and documentation.
• Attend court hearings and matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments.
• Develop and implement practical solutions for complex legal issues in the default services domain.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain meticulous records of all case-related activities and documentation.

Requirements:

• In good standing with the State of Illinois and current Bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in default services or related legal fields.
• Proven ability to handle legal issues in a practical and efficient manner.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
