Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate Attorney with a JD degree and active admission to the Texas Bar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in Texas.
• 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
