Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with securities laws, focusing on private offerings and related regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal guidance on entity formation and corporate governance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate legal documents.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal legal teams to provide high-quality, strategic legal services.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal practice, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and private offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate transactions, securities laws, and commercial contracting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently when required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
