Casualty Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a motivated Casualty Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong academic background and exceptional advocacy skills. This role offers an opportunity to work on casualty litigation matters with a supportive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on casualty litigation cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on case strategy and development.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Attend court proceedings and represent clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
• 0-1 years of litigation experience preferred; judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials with top-notch written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
