Duties:

• Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters, including business, real estate, and construction disputes.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial to trial and post-trial.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and argue motions before state courts.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in commercial litigation law and apply relevant changes to cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in Florida state court litigation.
• Extensive experience in business, commercial, real estate, or construction litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases with a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
