Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in complex commercial litigation, with hands-on courtroom or deposition experience and strong academic credentials. This role requires an attorney who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex legal matters while providing high-quality legal representation to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with precision and thoroughness.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings, including motion hearings, trials, and depositions, providing effective advocacy and representation.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys, ensuring alignment with client objectives and legal best practices.
• Manage discovery processes, including the review, analysis, and organization of case-related documents and evidence.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and offer strategic advice.
• Work effectively with opposing counsel, judges, and court personnel to facilitate case progress and resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including hands-on courtroom or deposition experience.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted and in good standing with a State Bar.
