A law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a motivated attorney specializing in First Party Property Damage litigation. The role involves advocating for clients in property damage claims, negotiating with insurance companies, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Duties:

• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their property damage claims.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Attend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Evaluate the merit of property damage claims and develop legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on First Party Property Damage preferred.
• Proficient in evaluating claims and negotiating settlements.
