Job Overview:
A well-established real estate law firm in Bluffton, SC is seeking a qualified Real Estate Closing Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances, and will be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring successful and smooth closings.

Location:

Duties:

  • Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances
  • Review title documents and resolve any title issues
  • Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth real estate transactions
  • Draft and/or review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements
  • Provide clients with a professional and engaging experience, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks
  • Cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm
  • Conduct client training on relevant areas of real estate law

Requirements:

  • Prior residential real estate experience preferred
  • Member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with the capability to engage in community involvement and achieve results
  • Growth-oriented with a focus on residential real estate

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the South Carolina State Bar

Certifications:
