Job Overview: A reputable law firm based in Jersey City is seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Attorney to join its team. Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in immigration and related criminal matters.
• Engage in client consultations to assess cases and offer legal advice.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Manage a caseload of varying complexity, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling immigration cases.
• JD degree and admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Valid Bar license required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
