This role involves managing personal injury case files from start to finish with full support from a skilled legal team. The position provides an excellent opportunity for attorneys with or without extensive experience in personal injury law, as training and mentoring will be provided. Duties

• Execute Attorney-Client contracts and explain legal processes to clients.
• Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals to gather necessary information.
• Collect and organize insurance policies, medical records, expenses, and relevant evidence.
• Perform legal research and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Manage personal injury case files from initiation to resolution.
• Update case statuses in the firm’s case management system regularly.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Previous experience in personal injury (either plaintiff or defense) preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas State Bar license.
