Duties

  • Represent clients in mediation, court hearings, and oral arguments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a strong preference for cyber, data, and privacy litigation expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of litigation independently.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar is mandatory.
