Duties

  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights under housing laws.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the California State Bar with a clean disciplinary record.
  • Familiarity with California landlord-tenant law is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate case management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client representation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
