Real Estate / Corporate Associate Attorney

Duties

• Assist with legal research and drafting documents related to real estate and corporate transactions

Requirements

• 0-3 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate or corporate law

Education

• Doctorate (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission or pending admission to the Minnesota State Bar
