Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including matters related to domestic law, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, real estate, and entity formation.
  • Provide high-quality legal representation with a strong focus on client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Independently handle client consultations, case preparation, and legal strategy development.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining a professional and supportive relationship.
  • Collaborate with support staff, including Paralegals and Legal Assistants, to ensure smooth case management.
  • Utilize Office 365 and Outlook for document management and communication.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in domestic law, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, or related practice areas.
  • Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, including Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Colorado with no disciplinary history.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.
  • Experience with real estate law, entity formations, and general legal practice.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook features.
  • Familiarity with billing and client management software (training provided).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
