Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with an elite Global Finance group and contributing to a leading structured credit practice serving high-profile clients in asset management, equity investment, and banking.

Duties

• Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions related to securitization and structured finance.
• Advise on matters involving Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), including documentation and compliance.
• Work closely with a diverse client base, including asset managers, equity investors, and underwriters.
• Provide legal counsel on private credit, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, and subscription line credit facilities.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory developments and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of transactional law experience.
• Prior exposure to structured finance, securitization, or collateralized loan obligations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in NC Bar, in good standing.
