Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Waynesboro office of our client seeks a civil litigation associate attorney with 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation. The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, such as trials, hearings, and mediations. Will conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, and attending depositions. Attend court hearings and argue motions on behalf of clients. Maintain client relationships by providing regular updates on case progress. Must have an Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload is required.
