  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience practicing law, with three years specifically in tax law.
  • Experience representing clients in tax audits and controversies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax preparation, tax audits, and related legal forms.
  • Ability to work remotely with effective time management and organizational skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
