Duties:

• Develop litigation strategies for insurance coverage disputes, and take lead roles in litigation and arbitration processes.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda, and advising clients on coverage issues.
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice, offering detailed recommendations to clients.
• Participate in mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions related to underlying litigations on a global scale.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, interrogatories, and other correspondence.
• Attend depositions, conferences, and document reviews, participating fully in coverage litigations and arbitrations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and interact with clients to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage, particularly in specialty lines such as D&O, E&O, and EPL.
• Solid work history with a focus on client-centered service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic background with notable credentials.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California.
