Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis for complex cases
• Handle depositions, mediations, and discovery processes
• Oversee document review, thorough analysis, and preparation
• Draft and file Law & Motion documents for both state and federal courts
• Perform detailed legal research
• Represent clients in trials, including first-chair roles and arbitration proceedings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Residency within California
• Proactive, ambitious, and respectful, with a client-focused mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
