A prestigious law firm located in Manchester, New Hampshire, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its Corporate Practice Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled attorney to work alongside a high-performing team, providing strategic and practical legal solutions to a diverse range of business, non-profit, and individual clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, possess the ability to manage multiple tasks, and have excellent judgment in complex legal matters.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on various business-related matters and transactions.
  • Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and business formation.
  • Manage mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and business agreements.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, business-focused legal services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in corporate law.
  • Proven ability to draft and review legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the New Hampshire Bar.
