Job Title: Infrastructure/PPP Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/PPP Associate Attorney to join its market-leading Infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly in public-private partnerships (PPP) and design-build delivery methods. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a dynamic environment, contributing to projects in transit, utilities, energy transition, higher education, and social infrastructure.

Duties:

• Collaborate with clients in the infrastructure sector.
• Represent equity investors, financing parties, strategic operators, and contractors.
• Engage in the full life-cycle of infrastructure projects, including M&A and financing.
• Draft and negotiate P3 concession agreements, DB, and O&M contracts.
• Navigate competitive procurement processes with public owners.
• Manage project financing, including PABs and USPP.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of Texas is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
