Location:

Duties:

• Draft and file motions, manage discovery demands, and represent clients in court appearances.

• Provide legal counsel and develop strategies for clients in construction litigation matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and agreements.

• Represent clients in trial proceedings when necessary.

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis to support litigation cases.

• Collaborate with legal teams and external experts as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction litigation.

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases independently.

• Strong background in drafting motions and managing discovery processes.

• Experience in trial-level representation preferred.

• Familiarity with NYC-based construction projects and laws.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
