Duties:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of employment, labor, and OSHA-related issues
  • Manage and assist in employment-related transactions, including M&A-related diligence
  • Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, and other related documents
  • Provide litigation support in employment and labor disputes
  • Offer strategic guidance on compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and client issues

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience (classes 2018-2022)
  • Proven experience in transactional employment law, client advising, and M&A diligence
  • Strong background in employment law litigation and advisory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)

Skills:

  • Expertise in employment, labor, and OSHA law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling complex legal issues related to employment law
  • Effective client management and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
