This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 1-3 years of patent litigation experience to join a team that handles a wide range of intellectual property disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Duties:

  • Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent disputes, in both state and federal courts.
  • Manage case files from inception through resolution, including drafting motions, discovery responses, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client goals.
  • Assist in preparing for depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop effective strategies for IP litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
  • A minimum of 1-3 year of experience in patent litigation or a closely related practice area.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong client service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
