Attorney needed for Denver office

A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Attorney to manage a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 1-2 years of experience, capable of working independently while ensuring compliance with the rules of professional conduct. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services and effective case management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned caseload, including overseeing all aspects of case development and litigation.
• Ensure adherence to the rules of professional conduct and legal ethics.
• Work independently to handle cases from inception through resolution.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, during negotiations, and in other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.
• Develop case strategies and prepare for trials and hearings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case files and records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in legal practice.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and rules of professional conduct.
