Duties:

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
  • 2-5 years of experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
  • Strong academic and professional credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced research, drafting, and writing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
