  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality client service

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in employment law, covering both advisory and litigation roles
  • Proficiency in legal research, brief writing, and preparation of pleadings and policy documents
  • Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in California
