Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience.
  • Relevant first-chair trial experience.
  • Membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the South Carolina Bar Association.
