The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes, and the ability to handle all stages of litigation, including trial.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, display empathy, and build trust.
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Prepare cases for trial, with the ability to take them to trial if necessary.
• Evaluate claims and provide strategic advice on litigation processes.
• Handle negotiations to reach optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain updated records of case proceedings and communications.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Relevant first-chair trial experience.
• Membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the South Carolina Bar Association.
