Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its team in Seattle, WA. This position is ideal for a dedicated legal professional with at least 3 years of experience in construction, contract, personal injury, premises liability, or other complex litigation areas. Duties

• Manage complex litigation cases, focusing on construction, contract disputes, personal injury, and premises liability.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed written documents, including motions and briefs.
• Take depositions and present oral arguments in court confidently.
• Actively participate in case strategy discussions and contribute to the development of client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners, legal assistants, and paralegals to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in relevant practice areas.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate collaboratively.
• Appellate and/or trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the appropriate bar association in the state of Washington.
