Duties:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough discovery and fact investigations.
• Develop case strategies and execute them throughout the litigation process.
• Represent clients in pretrial and trial proceedings.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships while managing cases effectively.
• Provide legal guidance and ensure all cases comply with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with team members for effective case management and strategy development.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong writing and case analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues and client relationships.
• A commitment to a high work ethic and attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
