Duties:

• Provide legal support to attorneys within the Commercial and Corporate Litigation Group.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist with case preparation for commercial and corporate litigation matters.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial and corporate litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and personable with strong analytical abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Delaware State Bar.
