The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with a solid background in commercial real estate transactions, finance matters, and an understanding of corporate entities.

Duties

  • Assist in commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews, as well as permitting and zoning analyses.
  • Provide legal advice to lenders and borrowers on a variety of transactional finance matters.
  • Draft and review corporate organizational documents and resolutions.
  • Support general commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate and finance law.
  • Admitted to practice or eligible for admission in Texas.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate and transactional finance.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active bar admission in Texas or eligibility for admission.
