Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications for leading technology companies in the electrical, mechanical, and software sectors.
• Handle all phases of patent prosecution, from preparation to filing, and managing client portfolios.
• Counsel clients directly, offering insights into patent strategies and business development.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to optimize patent processes and ensure a high standard of work.
• Engage in client interaction, delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
• Leverage proprietary automation software to enhance efficiency in patent-related tasks.
• Continuously stay updated on advancements in 5G and wireless technologies to provide expert counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in patent prosecution, particularly in electrical, mechanical, or software technologies.
• Experience in 5G wireless technologies is highly preferred.
• USPTO registration is required.
• Former Examiner experience is a plus.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software with minimal training.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and client-focused attitude.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

Certifications:

• USPTO registration (mandatory).
