Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tax attorney, with a strong focus on real estate and business transactions.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic tax advice in complex transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
