Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory law.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations.
  • Expertise in advising healthcare providers on compliance and risk management.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies such as HHS, CMS, and state healthcare agencies.
  • Ability to manage complex healthcare transactions and conduct thorough compliance investigations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania or eligibility for Pennsylvania Bar admission.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary legal teams.
