Associate Attorney needed for Roseland office

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a personal caseload with oversight from senior partners.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and write memorandums.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and mediations.
• Handle depositions and site inspections.
• Consult with expert witnesses.
• Participate in trial preparation and conduct trials.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
• Between 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Familiarity with New Jersey and New York Court Rules and procedures.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar Licenses for New Jersey.

Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Attention to detail in legal documentation and filings.
