This role focuses on providing legal counsel and support to community associations, with an emphasis on operational matters. Duties:

• Provide legal guidance to community associations on a variety of operational issues
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with Florida state law
• Represent clients in meetings, addressing legal concerns, and providing expert advice
• Work directly with clients to manage and resolve legal disputes
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution
• Stay updated on changes in the law affecting community associations and integrate this knowledge into daily practices
• Maintain effective communication with clients, other legal professionals, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
• Prior exposure to community association law or corporate law is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage caseloads while working effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent drafting and legal research abilities
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and respond to their concerns professionally

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
